Frequently Asked Questions
Fitness
Q: What kind of attire should I wear?
A: It is very important that you are comfortable when you work out.
Proper sport attire is required (no cut off jeans or ripped clothing). As
well, proper sporting footwear must be worn in the gym/fitness center, such
as running shoes.
Q: What are your busy times?
A: There is no easy answer to this question,
traffic flow varies from season to season. As a general rule, the beginning
of the week is busier than the end of the week and between the hours of 9:00
and 11:00 am and between 5:00 and 7:30 pm.
Q: How many times a week should I workout?
A: This all depends on your own fitness goals and availability. It
would be best if you contacted the fitness staff who will be able to help
you set realistic goals. (514.695.8851 ext.107)

but the wait is never usually
more than 10 minutes, just enough time to stretch.
Q: My child wants to join the gym. How old must she/he be in order to use
the equipment?
A: For safety reasons, unless a certified coach is instructing a
junior, persons must be 14 years of age and over to be admitted into the
gym/fitness center.

and a certified instructor leads the class through an intense workout
accompanied by music. Space is limited, participants must sign up in
advance.
