Squash Members Booking Policies & Rules
Squash members rules of etiquette
- Court reservations will be forfeited if you are 10 minutes late for your
booking.
- Members are to check-in at reception prior to their court time to confirm
their court. “No-shows” for court bookings are subject to a $10 fee, regardless
of the time of day.
- No double bookings (back to back time slots) during prime time. Prime
time is Monday to Friday from 4:20 pm to 8:20 pm inclusive, each booking
must have two member names to secure the booking.
- Wait until it becomes your time slot before asking players to vacate the
court.

DEPARTMENT RULES & REGULATIONS
- Department hours are
from 6:30 am to 11:00 pm, Monday to Friday and 7:30 am to 10:00 pm on the
weekends. Hours are subject to change in the summer and on statutory
holidays
- To reserve a court,
a member must give their name, the name(s) of their opponents and assume
responsibility for the court.
- Any member who
wishes to withdraw (cancel) from an activity (ie: round robin, clinic,
lesson, league etc…) must do so a minimum of 24 hours in advance. If not,
the member will be responsible for payment of all activity fees whether
they participate or not.
- Activity and or
lesson fees must be paid before going on the court.
- Members with an
unlimited squash membership are not permitted to reserve for individual
play or two consecutive play periods during prime time.
- Court reservations may only be made by one of the two players who will
be using the court. Reservations for other members are not
permitted. All bookings must have two member names.
- In the case of a “NO
SHOW”, the members booked will be charged the entire court fee. For
unlimited squash members, a $10 “NO SHOW” fee will be charged.
- Spectators are not
permitted on the court.
- Properly recognized
squash attire is required on court at all times. Management reserves the
right to determine what is acceptable court attire. Shirts must be worn at
all times (no tank tops permitted). Only white soled, “non marking” shoes
are permitted on courts.
- No pitchers and/or
glasses are allowed on the tennis and squash courts. Plastic water bottles
only.
- It is mandatory for
all junior squash players to wear protective eyewear at all times on court
The Club strongly recommends that all adult squash players wear protective
eyewear on court.
