Junior Registration
(players 17 years old and under)
The parent or guardian of any player under the age of 18
years must sign and submit a waiver form by fax,
by mail or in person for the
junior to be permitted to play in the tournament.

Special Notes:
- Raffle tickets for a variety of household and sporting goods
will be on sale before and during the tournament.
Limited quantity of raffle tickets to increase chances of winning a
prize. Proceeds go to purse for Open
categories.
- Players must call the Club's reception desk to obtain the time of their first
match. Start times will be available
